bkbd Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before You Play

1.1 Age and Legal Capacity

To register and use bkbd you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bkbd operates a strict 21+ policy with no exceptions.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must register using accurate, current and complete personal information, including your real name, date of birth, phone number and payment account details.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent or family member of a bkbd employee who is directly involved in the operation of the platform.

2.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to maintain only one registered account on bkbd. The creation of duplicate, additional or secondary accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. Where bkbd identifies that a player holds more than one account, bkbd reserves the right to close the duplicate accounts, void any winnings derived from those accounts, and retain any bonuses claimed across the duplicate accounts. Players who have previously been self-excluded or whose accounts have been suspended or terminated for policy violations may not create new accounts.

2.2 Account Verification (KYC)

bkbd reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Verification may be required before processing a withdrawal, on detection of unusual account activity, or as part of our standard compliance procedures. Players may be required to provide one or more of the following:

• A government-issued photo ID such as a National ID card (NID), passport or driving licence.
• Proof of the payment method used to deposit funds (e.g. screenshot of bKash or Nagad account confirming the registered mobile number matches the account holder).
• Any additional documentation that bkbd reasonably deems necessary to comply with applicable regulations or to confirm a player's identity, age or location.

2.3 Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bkbd account credentials, including your registered phone number and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. bkbd shall not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. If you suspect your account has been compromised, you must notify bkbd immediately via the contact details provided on bkbd.asia.

3.1 Deposits

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (i.e. deposits from a payment account belonging to someone other than the registered bkbd account holder) are not permitted and may result in account suspension. The minimum deposit at bkbd is ৳100. Accepted deposit methods include:

• Mobile wallets: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay. Deposits via these methods arrive in your bkbd wallet instantly under normal operating conditions.
• Bank transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank. Processing times for bank transfers may be longer than mobile wallet deposits.
• bkbd does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transfer charges. bkbd is not responsible for fees levied by third-party payment providers.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. bkbd may require KYC verification before processing a withdrawal request. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be completed in full before a withdrawal request can be approved.
• bKash and Nagad withdrawals typically complete within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 24 hours depending on the receiving bank.
• bkbd reserves the right to apply additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, and to delay processing of any request that triggers our fraud prevention or anti-money-laundering procedures.

4.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins and promotional credits offered by bkbd are subject to wagering requirements and additional terms specific to each promotion. Bonus terms are communicated at the point of each promotion and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Where a conflict exists between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail. bkbd reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in specific promotion terms, the following standard wagering conditions apply to all bkbd bonuses:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per promotion) before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Wagering contributions may vary by game type. Casino table games, live dealer games and certain slots may contribute at a lower percentage toward wagering requirements than standard slots.
• Bonus funds will expire if the applicable wagering requirement is not completed within the time period stated in the specific promotion terms.
• bkbd reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or bonus-derived winnings where it reasonably believes that a bonus has been claimed or wagered in a manner that constitutes abuse, exploitation or circumvention of these Terms.

4.3 No-Deposit and Free Spin Offers

Where bkbd offers no-deposit bonuses or free spins, any winnings generated from such offers will be subject to the wagering requirements and maximum withdrawal limits specified in the relevant promotion terms. Free spin winnings are typically credited as bonus funds rather than withdrawable cash until the associated wagering requirement has been met.

5.1 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bkbd and may result in immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using bkbd while under the age of 21, or knowingly allowing a person under 21 to use your account.
• Any form of cheating, collusion, use of automated betting software (bots), exploiting software errors or vulnerabilities, or any other method designed to gain an unfair advantage on the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud or any other criminal activity.
• Opening or operating more than one account, whether using the same or different personal details, devices or payment methods.

5.2 Responsible Gaming Commitment

6.1 Intellectual Property

All content on bkbd.asia, including but not limited to the bkbd brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software and all other materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of bkbd or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use bkbd.asia solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify or create derivative works from any content on bkbd.asia without the prior written permission of bkbd.

6.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bkbd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of bkbd.asia, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of revenue, or any other economic loss, even if bkbd has been advised of the possibility of such damages. bkbd's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve months preceding the relevant claim.

6.3 Platform Availability

bkbd endeavours to maintain continuous availability of bkbd.asia but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party service disruptions, or circumstances outside bkbd's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific services. bkbd shall not be liable for losses incurred as a result of platform downtime, game interruptions, or connectivity failures beyond its reasonable control.

7.1 Amendments to These Terms

bkbd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, bkbd will endeavour to notify registered players by posting a notice on bkbd.asia or via the contact method provided at registration. The revised Terms will take effect from the date of publication on bkbd.asia. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using bkbd.asia and may request closure of your account.

7.2 Account Termination

bkbd reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at its sole discretion, including where a player has breached these Terms, where fraudulent or abusive behaviour is suspected, or where continued operation of the account would conflict with applicable regulations. Players may also request voluntary closure of their account at any time by contacting bkbd support. Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in the account (net of any voided bonuses or pending withdrawals subject to investigation) will be returned to the player via the last-used verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
